Chevening Orientation
A few highlights from my recent shoot at Chevening’s orientation: collective of flags, networking and scholars from around the world.
Chevening’s orientation is one of my favourite events to shoot each year, so it’s fitting that it be my first blog post on my new website (welcome by the way!). Chevening is a scholarship where thousands of scholars from various countries are given the opportunity to come over to the UK and spend a good part of their year studying. This was their official welcome, their first chance to meet each other in person and as you can tell the vibe is fantastic.
The day is broken up with lectures, drinks, group chats about current issues and generally, a lot of networking. It’s always a hectic day as with so many people, there’s so much going on at one time, but that’s what I find makes it so exciting.
On a separate note, welcome! Do note that my site is very much a work in progress, so I apologise if you discover anything a little broken. Feel free to get in contact and let me know how broken it really is.
